Product Overview

Inverter rated input voltage: 10 kV / AC 2 × 660 VAC (±10%); Rated output voltage: 0~1140 VAC; Rated output current: 405 A (per channel). Enables smooth soft start, soft stop, speed regulation, and power balancing for belt conveyors.

The frequency converter consists of a mobile substation, a pre-charge stage, a DC bus, and a three-level full-bridge topology. A rectifier bridge is configured at the front end. 2 The power reactor suppresses inrush current. The master and slave frequency converters maintain command synchronization via high-speed communication; the master unit handles speed control, while the slave unit follows the torque command.   The inverter employs a three-level topology internally. With an increased number of voltage levels, harmonic distortion is reduced, and the waveform’s sinusoidal quality is superior to that of a two-level topology. The six-phase bridge arm output achieves a redundant design for the main circuit, enhancing reliability.
