Product Description

Product Overview

The power supply’s input is 380 VAC mains power, which is rectified into a stable 650 VDC through an active, controllable rectification stage implemented by the PCS unit. The 650 VDC is then further processed by a downstream bidirectional DC/DC module that performs step-up and step-down voltage regulation, thereby providing a stable, adjustable DC output voltage that can be either increased or decreased. The adjustable range of the DC output voltage is from 80 VDC to 1000 VDC.

Product Features

The front-end power supply employs PCS active controlled rectification to address the power factor and low harmonic requirements of the power supply.
The DC/DC converter module employs IGBT phase-shift parallel operation, resulting in low overall current ripple and a waveform that closely approximates pure DC. This reduces harmonic distortion in the output current, thereby enhancing the performance and quality of the power supply.
The power supply can handle sudden load increases and decreases, with a fast dynamic response.
Modular design supports parallel operation of multiple units; when four units are operated in parallel, the output can reach 1.8 MW.
Equipped with an LCD screen that displays the operating status, fault warnings, and fault location in real time.
